近日，MOBO、世邦魏理仕、高力国际参与“南通如皋中瑞产业园产业规划咨询、概念设计及招商推广方案”咨询项目竞标，最终由MOBO成功中标。MOBO对欧合作再升级，跨江业务再延伸！
Recently, MOBO, CBRE and Colliers participated in the bidding of the consulting project of Nantong Rugao Sino-Swedish Industrial Park. The project includes Industrial park Planning & Consulting, Concept Design and Investment Promotion Program. MOBO successfully won the bidding of the project. It indicates the further upgrade of cooperation between MOBO and Europe and further extension of cross Yangtze River business.
中瑞（如皋）智能智造合作创新园规划面积4600亩（约3平方公里），位于如皋经济技术开发区，布局主要包括智能制造区、合作创新区及国际友好社区三大板块，其中智能制造区整体规划约4500亩。
Located at Rugao Economic and Technological Development Zone, Sino-Swedish Rugao Intelligent Manufacturing Cooperative Innovation Park covers 3.07 square kilometers, has three main areas including intelligent manufacturing area, cooperation and innovation area and international cooperation community. The intelligent manufacturing area has overall coverage of around 3 square kilometers.
此次，MOBO就1400亩核心片区，以及其中250亩先行启动区的片区规划、市场分析、产业规划、功能定位、招商运营策略等提供咨询服务，提出“一心、两轴、四园、六产业”的园区规划模型，以对瑞（欧）合作、绿色低碳、产城融合为核心战略定位，打造高端生产、人才、技术、生产性服务业融合发展示范高地。
MOBO provided consulting services such as area planning, market analysis, industrial planning, function positioning and investment promotion and operation strategies for 0.93 square kilometers core area including 0.17 square kilometers area launched in advance. MOBO proposed park planning model with “one core, two axes, four parks and six industries”, and positioned Sino-Swedish (Euro) cooperation, green decarbonization, and industry-city integration as core strategy to build a demonstrative hub with integrated development of high-end production, talent, technology and production-related service.
